This laptop stand has been a game changer for me. Since I work on a laptop for several hours a day, I’m always tilting my head downwards and slowly developing text neck. The proper way to work is to have your screen at eye-level.
This stand is durable yet lightweight and also converts into a standing desk. If you find yourself working on your laptop for several hours a day, this simple product will make a huge difference in your life.
Philips Noise Cancellation Headphones
In terms of price and quality, these headphones give you the best bang for your buck. The headphones are slim which makes them easily portable, and are excellent are canceling noise which makes them ideal for listening to a podcast on the train or working on a project in a noisy coffee shop. Since these are over-the-ear headphones, they also double are earmuffs and keep your ears warm doing the winter.
Once you have a laptop stand, it’s going to be uncomfortable to type with your hands floating in the air. That’s why you also need to get a wireless keyboard and mouse. Make sure you get a Mac formatted keyboard so you can still use all of your favorite shortcuts.
VicTsing Ergonomic Wireless Mouse
Also, get yourself an ergonomic mouse. I bought a regular wireless mouse and my hand was cramping after two days. An ergonomic mouse makes a huge difference–trust me, your hand will thank you for it.
These are my go-to Post-its for taking notes in books. Large Post-its take too much space on the page, instead, if I read an interesting quote or important lesson in a book, I simply add a Post-it marker as a reminder to go back to that specific page in the future.
I always keep a highlighter in hand while reading. If something in a book catches your eye, it will be easier to find it next time if you highlight the text. I specifically like the Sharpie highlighters since they don’t smudge.

Fitbit Charge 3 Fitness Activity Tracker
The Fitbit helps you measure your health which gives you the opportunity to manage it. A Fitbit is essentially a smartwatch that tracks your steps, heart rate, sleep, minutes active and calories burned. Since Fitbit tracks your activity, you can’t lie to yourself and say you sleep 8 hours and worked out yesterday for 45 minutes when the app says otherwise. The device is affordable, waterproof, and lasts up to 7 days on one charge. This is a must for fitness enthusiasts.
You don’t need a lot of fancy equipment to get a good workout in. With this one device, you can do pull-ups, chin-ups, push-ups, crunches, and more. The best part is that it doesn’t need to be permanently fastened so you can always put it away if you have guests over.
Garden Of Life Organic Plant-Based Protein
After trying nearly a dozen protein powders, this one is my favorite. It is certified organic, vegan, and non-GMO. It is also gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and has no added sugars. It blends easily, and most importantly, it tastes good.
Foam rollers are must-have for fitness enthusiasts. I use mine for stretching and physical therapy, but you can also use it for yoga and pilates. Foam rollers are great for stretching muscles, reducing soreness, and improving flexibility.
Koo-Care Flexible Gel Wrap for Hot/Cold Therapy
If you workout often, it’s only a matter of time till you get injured in one form or another. Instead of using a regular ice pack to reduce inflammation, this flexible gel easily wraps around your body and stays in place. Bonus: this can also be used for hot therapy.
